- Quoted prices cover an academic year lease of an individual stat monitor for use at your home athletic events; StatMonitr leases may not be transferred to another school, conference, or event
- School is responsible for StatMonitrs while in its possession and may be charged for repairs or replacement beyond normal wear and tear or replacement of missing accessories
- StatMonitrs require an active academic year subscription to either the StatMonitr Media Stats or StatBroadcast Live service to utilize them
- StatMonitrs remain property of StatBroadcast and must be returned at end of lease if not renewed
